Rochester Electronics Transistors - FETs, MOSFETs - RF BLF175 is a high-frequency/very high-frequency (HF/VHF) power VDMOS transistor. It is designed for use in high-power, high-frequency applications such as RF amplifiers, power amplifiers, and switching circuits. The BLF175 features a high breakdown voltage of 175V, a low gate-source capacitance of 0.2pF, and a low gate-drain capacitance of 0.2pF. It also has a low on-resistance of 0.2? and a high power dissipation of up to 200W. The BLF175 is suitable for use in a wide range of applications, including RF amplifiers, power amplifiers, switching circuits, and other high-frequency, high-power applications.
