SI5395E-A13398-GMR Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Reel method. This clock generator is embedded in the 1.6 mm x 1.2 mm package. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL works with 1.71V ~ 1.89V, 3.14V ~ 3.47V supply voltage provided. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C ~ 85°C (TA), which is estimated by the test statistics. This is a clock generator compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Multiplier, Jitter Attenuator. And basically, this clock generator is often classified as a kind of Crystals. This electronic part is a member of the 416 series. Frequency generator is able to reali27 MHze high efficiency when operating at a frequency of 27 MHz. Analog clock generator is capable of delivering a load capacitance of 12 pF.
